VpCI® Technology
Vapor Phase Corrosion Inhibitor (VpCI®) The chemistry is delivered through a liquid, solid or a plastic form that releases an invisible vapor that will condense on all metal surfaces.
VpCI® Technology:
- Chemical vaporizes, conditioning an enclosed area with (VpCI®) then it coats all metal surfaces with an invisible single layer of protection.
- Protective vapor is attracted to surfaces where ions, which are naturally attracted to metal surfaces, melt into layer of moisture (water electrolyte).
- Ions then create a monomolecular layer which protects the metal surface, conditioning, repairing and replenishing itself by the continued condensation of the vapor.
