VpCI® Films
Cost effective multimetal VpCI® desiccant protection for products of all sizes.
Cortec® VpCI® films provide total multimetal corrosion protection in a variety of forms to suit packaging needs ranging from general usage polyethylene film to shrink wrap, stretchable, reinforced and static-dissipative designs. Flame retardant and high performance versions are also available. Application is simple – just wrap or seal your products, and protection is immediate and continuous for storage, transit or overseas shipping. Cortec® VpCI® films offer dry protection, eliminating the need for cleaning and degreasing.
Cortec’s comprehensive product line includes zipper closure bags, Auto-bags®, bags on a roll, gusseted liners, corrugated plastic containers and sheeting. These films are made from high-tech resins utilizing high performance constructions, and are recyclable, multimetal and nontoxic. Cortec® films are transparent for convenient product identification and inspection. Unlike competitive products, Cortec® VpCI® films are a total vapor phase inhibitor, protecting recessed and void areas and cavities. Rust claims are eliminated.

EcoWeave®
Woven VpCI® Polyethylene – designed for use in applications where additional strength and tear resistance are required. FDA approved.
VpCI®-126 Blue®
Patented – The best selling anticorrosion film in the world. FDA approved VpCI® film with desiccant properties. Available in flame retardant (FR) and high performance (HP) versions available.
CorShrink™
Fabric – LDPE shrink film adhered to a soft polyester nonwoven fabric impregnated with VpCIs. Exhibits ESD properties. Provides mechanical, barrier and VpCI® protection while creating a tight fit around the protected part.
VpCI®-129
Films – High-density polyethylene (HDPE) VpCI® extruded film with excellent barrier properties. Is excellent for use in climates with higher temperatures and humidity.
Cor-Pak® EX
High-Density Polyethylene – VpCI® coextruded lightweight, 1.25 mil (31.25 µ) film. Ideally suited for wrapping individual parts and excellent for interleaving. Low-cost and high-performance alternative to papers.
Cor-Pak® Stretch Film
Patented – FDA approved VpCI® stretch film that is excellent for unitizing loads to pallets such as steel coils or machined castings.
CorShield®
Woven Polyethylene Films – Woven polyethylene film with a heavy-duty non-woven inner layer. For packaging of sensitive equipment that requires strong protection on the inner layer without abrasion.
MilCorr
Patented High Performance, Heat Shrinkable – Combines multimetal VpCI® technology with UV stability for long-term preservation, and fire resistant additive package.
Cor-Pak® Liner Film
Liner Films – High density film containing multimetal VpCI® protection. Recommended for crate and box lining and foam-in-place applications.
